Mission

We offer Christ-like support to women and men through their pregnancy choice and on the unique path that follows.

Vision

We envision our community spreading the love of Christ, honoring all life, and sharing in the joys and challenges of those touched by pregnancy, parenting or reproductive loss.

Values

Christ-like service

Our goal is to offer love, respect and hope in the way Jesus does. His ways are far greater than ours, and we seek to be a vessel of His love and provision – for our clients, donors, volunteers, and the greater La Plata community. This means that in addition to putting our hearts into providing programs and services, we also make prayer an integral part of our ministry.

People

We care deeply about the preborn, the women and men we serve, and the generous donors and volunteers who partner with us.

We believe every baby is a blessing from God and every woman and man deserve our respect. We never use coercion. Instead, we listen to them with an open heart. We offer life-affirming information, compassionate support and practical assistance so our clients can make fully informed decisions feeling supported and cared for.

Whether experiencing an unintended or planned pregnancy or reproductive loss, our clients come to us with a need that they cannot meet on their own. We are here to walk alongside each of them, emotionally, financially and spiritually.

We equally value connection with our donors and volunteers, who share in our mission to reflect Christ’s sacrificial love through service. It is their support that makes everything possible.

Abundant Life

Valuing life is at the heart of all we do. We believe Christ offers not just life, but abundant life; and that extends beyond birth . That’s why our support continues after a baby is born.

Our goal is to help families build healthy, stable homes and to reveal God as the loving provider of all good things, inviting them to pursue true abundance in relationship with Him.

Family

We provide equal commitment and care to all families, those with a father present and those where the father is absent. We lovingly support single mothers, and we strongly believe in God’s design for families that incudes both a mother and a father. That is why our services are open to everyone, including dads.

Father’s are invited to take part in options education, birth-ready and parenting classes, and are eligible for material support, family stability programs, and care after reproductive loss. Every family member matters, and we are here to support them all.

Opportunity

We believe parents deserve time with their baby and the chance to build a stable home. That’s why we created the Eula Jamison Williams Educational Grant.

The EJW Grant helps eligible single moms pursue college or vocational training to become more competitive in the job market.

Truth and integrity

Our clients can trust us to be honest and act with integrity. We provide transparent, fact-based information because true choice requires honesty and support – not judgement or pressure. We share the whole picture, not selective information, and offer care without an agenda, just a genuine interest in each person’s well-being.
